	DEAR STAFF OF DR. SPIRTOS OFFICE, My husband and I would like to thank you for everything you've done for us. When we started the journey we never knew where it would lead us, but thanks to our friends who referred us to you, we knew it would lead us to great things. From the start we knew we were surrounded not only with caring people, but honest people. Though it was tough to hear most of what was being told to us, we always valued the truth and guidance were received. We believe that because of that we were able to achieve our little miracle. Words cannot express what all of you mean to us. Without each and every one of you our lives would still be empty. Thank you again for everything!!!! DR. SPIRTOS, Where do I begin? There are no words to explain our gratitude towards you. When we lost Olivia almost 2 years ago, no one had any answers, nor did they look for any. They pushed me to get pregnant again, only to be left in dissapointment and grief. No one took the time to figure out why I was going through this, then Kaleena told me about you. You took time and did extensive testing and explained everything to my husband and I. Now we are 14 weeks pregnant and are very optimistic because you gave us hope. Maybe we shouldn't count our chickens before they hatch, but no matter what the outcome is, you'll always hold a place in our hearts because you did what it takes to make our dreams come true. 	DR. SPIRTOS, I have been writing this letter for a few weeks now. I'm sorry it has taken so long.... I also wanted to take some time to say thank you for your wonderful care. I know that when I first came to see you that you were less than thrilled about my idea of waiting to inseminate with known donor sperm, but I really appreciated that you took the time to listen to me and get to know me, and judge my situation on an individual basis. It meant alot that you were willing top help me despite your initial reservations about me. The care that you provided for me was extraordinary. You were very proactive and aggressive when it cam to assessing, testing, and diagnosing potential problems that stood in the way of me conceiving and carrying a pregnancy to term... I am grateful that you have a different philosophy and that I didn't have to wait and wait and exerience more turmoil before I got answers... I will try to keep in touch and let you know how things are going, especially when I find out the baby's gender.
