	Dr. Nicholas J. Spirtos designed the Northeastern Ohio Fertility Center in July of 1992 as a state-of-the-art facility dedicated solely to the treatment of fertility and other reproductive disorders. The Center was designed so that all examinations, tests and procedures (except surgical) can be performed in our own facility by our highly trained team of professionals. Because the reproductive cycle is so unpredictable and infertile patients require close monitoring during particular phases of the menstrual cycle, our Center is open daily (except Easter, Christmas and New Year's Day) to ensure that a chance for pregnancy is not lost. As we are primarily concerned with the fertility of our patients, those who are successful in achieving pregnancy are monitored by the Center for 10 to 12 weeks, and then referred to their obstetrician for the remainder of their pregnancy.
